Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Ibex Marketing LLC ("Ibex Local," "we") handles information collected through ibexlocal.com and the local service websites we operate.

Information we collect

Business inquiries: name, company, email, trade, service area and any message you send through this site.
Service requests on our local websites: name, phone number, town, the service needed and any details a homeowner provides in a request form.
Phone calls: calls to numbers on our local websites are routed through a call-tracking provider. We record the caller's number, the time and length of the call, and, where callers hear a notice, a recording of the call.
Basic usage data: standard server and analytics information, such as pages visited and browser type.

How we use it

To reply to inquiries and manage relationships with partner businesses.
To connect a homeowner's call or request with one business that serves their area, so that business can respond.
To confirm calls and requests were delivered, report call activity to the partner business, and filter spam.
To maintain and improve our websites.

How we share it

We share a homeowner's call or request with one independent business that serves their area, for the purpose of responding to that request. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their marketing. We use service providers, such as hosting, form processing and call-tracking providers, who handle information on our behalf.

Text messages

We do not currently run a text message marketing program. If we add one, we'll update this policy before sending any messages. Mobile numbers and consent collected for texting will never be shared with or sold to third parties or lead generators for their marketing purposes.

Retention and your choices

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email info@ibexlocal.com.
